Who We Are

Supergence is operated by Supergence Labs Inc., based in Vancouver, Canada. We build and run modern business infrastructure — advertising & social media, web management, AI systems, and customer service — for Canadian businesses.

The Free Preview

The 48-hour preview is free and carries no obligation. You decide whether to proceed after seeing it. Until you sign up for a plan, no contract exists between us.

Plans & Billing

Plans are billed in Canadian dollars, monthly or yearly, plus a one-time setup fee (waived on yearly billing). Monthly plans are month-to-month: you can cancel any month and your service runs to the end of the paid period. Yearly plans run for the year, then renew unless cancelled.

Ad spend is always your own budget, billed directly by the ad platforms to accounts you own. It is never part of our fee.

Ownership

You own what we build for you: your website, domain, ad accounts, content, and data. If you leave, you keep them.

What We Promise — And What We Can't

We commit to building and operating your systems with professional care, reporting monthly, and improving continuously. We do not guarantee specific business results — rankings, revenue, or lead volumes depend on factors outside any provider's control, and we won't pretend otherwise.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
